HR Recruitment Marketing Manager MAS

The Human Resources Recruitment Marketing Manager will have the unique opportunity Support and enhance Recruitment BestPractices and related business processes. They will work closely with business users and will be responsible for resolving Tier II help desk tickets as well as implementing new capabilities. contributing to open source tools that assist with the deployment and operation of high-availability/high-performance applications.

The Essential Requirements

  •  Subject matter expert on various software platforms and related integration.
  •  Implements new application capabilities often requiring extensive testing, training, and documentation.
  •  Creates test plans and facilities the overall testing process with end-users.

The Ideal Candidate and What You Bring to the Table:

  • Four plus years of professional experience supporting business applications
  • Broad knowledge of the following technologies (with deep knowledge of some): PHP, Python, Ruby, Javascript, Memcached, LAMP, nginx, node.js, nosql, Varnish, git
  • Ability to create test plans and facilities the overall testing process with end-users.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with users, peers, and all levels of management to resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Project management experience preferred

Guru (Preferred) Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field
  •  At the manager’s discretion, additional experience may substitute for the degree requirement
