Customer Experience Rep

The Comcast Call Center Customer Experience Maanager is a dynamic, high performing Enterprise Sales Rep with experience selling technology products and/or services over the phone, via web-based presentations, and in-person commanding a Boardroom. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics. They also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers in the C Suite.
The Essential Requirements
- Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities via the phone and web
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
- Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts
The Ideal Candidate and What You Bring to the Table:
- 6+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience selling over the phone/web
- Strong track record of achievement preferably selling B2B digital media or SaaS
- Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
- Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC & Market
- HR or recruiting industry experience preferred
Guru (Preferred) Qualifications:
- 4 year degree from a great college or university
- At the manager’s discretion, additional experience may substitute for the degree requirement
